Even if you had a good day, your head might suddenly remember things. A loud noise. Something that felt unfair. A worry about tomorrow. Or a dream you don’t want to have again. You might feel cosy in your bed, but also a little unsure. You don’t want the day to end yet. You don’t want to miss anything. And you definitely don’t want to feel scared or alone. When grown-ups say, “It’s time to sleep now,” it can feel very fast, like your body has
