I get restless legs in bed at night.  It keeps me awake?  Is there anything I can do to stop it?  It can last for hours and nothing I do helps.  I have tried walking about, and drinking tonic water, and I take multivitamins.  I even tried acupuncture but that didn’t last and I can’t keep going back every few days.  Would hypnosis help?
